OSHA Changes To SOX Whistleblower Regs Go Too Far: Attys

Law360, New York (November 10, 2011, 12:18 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Labor's interim final rule revising the regulations governing Sarbanes-Oxley Act whistleblower complaints goes beyond merely implementing the changes to SOX called for in last year's Dodd-Frank legislation, and amounts to a bid to further an employee-friendly agenda through regulation, management-side attorneys say.
