Atty Asks DC Circ. To Vacate SEC Ethics Actions

Law360, Washington (November 10, 2011, 12:39 PM EST) -- An attorney barred from practicing before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission urged the D.C. Circuit on Thursday to find that the SEC's ban was arbitrary and capricious and reached beyond the bounds of its authority to enforce its ethics rules.
