ICU Medical Smacked With $4.75M Fee

Law360 (July 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing a patent lawsuit filed by ICU Medical Inc. against Cardinal Health Inc. subsidiary Alaris Medical Systems Inc. over needle-free valves has awarded $4.75 million in fees and costs to Alaris' attorneys after granting a motion for sanctions and finding that ICU engaged in improper litigation tactics.
