Brazilian Watchdog Accuses Cement Cos. Of Running Cartel

Law360, New York (November 10, 2011, 3:11 PM EST) -- The Antitrust Division of the Brazilian Ministry of Justice on Thursday said that six domestic cement producers have engaged in anti-competitive practices and called on the country’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense to hold the cementers accountable for the formation of a cartel.
