Skullcandy Hits Toy Cos. With Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (November 15, 2011, 12:55 PM EST) -- Skullcandy Inc. slapped Skelanimals LLC and Jazwares Inc. with a trademark and unfair competition lawsuit on Monday, alleging the toymakers sold headphones and portable media players with skull logos that too closely resembled its own brand mark.
