S. Korea’s Opposition Party Rejects Offer On FTA

President Lee Myung-bak on Tuesday promised to seek renegotiation of a controversial investor-state settlement provision if the FTA was ratified first, but South Korea’s Democratic Party rejected the offer during a general session, according to a news report by Korean publication Maeil Business Newspaper.
