NutraSlim Makers' Assets Frozen In FTC Marketing Suit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2011, 6:34 PM EST) -- A Connecticut federal judge froze the assets of the makers of weight loss supplement NutraSlim on Monday, granting a request from the Federal Trade Commission and the state of Connecticut in a suit accusing the companies of deceptive marketing practices.
