House GOP Joins Effort To Kill NLRB’s Poster Regulation

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 2:28 PM EST) -- Several House Republicans lodged a brief in Washington federal court on Tuesday in support of a suit accusing the National Labor Relations Board of overstepping its authority by requiring employers to post a sign informing employees of their right to unionize.
