Enviros Up Ante In Fight Over Arctic Drilling Leases

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 8:14 PM EST) -- Alaskan environmental groups and communities on Wednesday asked a federal court to remand the U.S. Department of Interior's approval of 487 oil drilling leases back to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, claiming it failed to properly evaluate potential environmental impacts.
