3rd Circ. Kills Appeal By Workers Who Emailed Sexy Photos

Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 3:44 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Thursday shot down a bid by a group of former Latrobe Specialty Steel Co. workers to revive a lawsuit that alleged that they were fired because of their age and not because they exchanged emails containing sexually explicit photographs, as the company claimed.

A three-judge appellate panel issued an eight-page ruling upholding a Dec. 2010 decision, out of a federal district court in Pittsburgh, to torpedo the four plaintiffs' case by granting LSS summary judgment
