Patent Co. Wants Subpoena Nixed

Law360, New York (July 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Patent-holding company Paragon Intellectual Properties LLC has moved to quash a subpoena served by rival Kentucky Oil Technology as part of a trade secrets case over stent technology.

Medical device maker Memry Corp., which has been accused by oil company Kentucky Oil Technology of misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of a confidentiality agreement and unfair competition, wants its competitor to produce documents to help in its defense.
