Del. High Court Denies HP Investor Report On Hurd's Exit

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 6:57 PM EST) -- The Delaware Supreme Court on Monday affirmed a lower court's decision denying a Hewlett-Packard Co. shareholder access to a confidential report detailing Covington & Burling LLP's investigation into sexual harassment allegations that prompted former HP CEO Mark Hurd's departure.
