Atty's Pro Se Ghostwriting Was Not Misconduct: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 7:38 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit ruled on Tuesday that a New York attorney did not commit sanctionable misconduct when she helped draft pro se petitions without revealing her involvement, marking the first time the appeals court has decided on the matter of attorney ghostwriting in such petitions.
