ABA Solicits High Court For Private Attorney Immunity

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 7:24 PM EST) -- The American Bar Association on Tuesday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to grant immunity to private attorneys who work with government entities, arguing that without it, lawyers will be less likely to continue representing them and government performance will suffer.
