Okla. City Takes Energy Tying Suit To Supreme Court

Law360, Los Angeles (November 22, 2011, 6:10 PM EST) -- The city of Newkirk, Okla., on Thursday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear its appeal of a Tenth Circuit ruling reinstating an antitrust suit against the municipality for allegedly tying electricity supply to its provision of sewage services at a new jail.
