Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 12:07 PM EST) -- Assistant Attorney General Tony West of the U.S. Department of Justice recently gave a speech at the 12th Annual Pharmaceutical Regulatory and Compliance Congress in Washington, D.C. Among other things, West repeated a threat, also made a little over one year ago, to seek to hold responsible corporate officials criminally liable for violations of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act under what is known as the Park doctrine.
