NLRB Seeks Boeing Docs In Union Retaliation Dispute

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 10:48 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Tuesday sought to force The Boeing Co. to turn over unredacted documents related to the dispute over a South Carolina plant that a machinist union claims was formed to retaliate against unionized workers in Washington state.
