Mass. Court Affirms JPS Wronged STR Over Solar Cell IP

Law360, Los Angeles (November 23, 2011, 8:31 PM EST) -- The Massachusetts Appeals Court on Wednesday affirmed a lower court’s ruling that polymer maker JPS Elastomerics Corp. engaged in unfair and deceptive trade practices by stealing solar-cell-related trade secrets from rival Specialized Technology Resources Inc.
