Teamsters Expand Cross-Border Trucking Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (November 23, 2011, 6:09 PM EST) -- The International Brotherhood of Teamsters on Wednesday expanded a lawsuit in the D.C. Circuit that attempts to put the brakes on a cross-border trucking program, saying the U.S. Department of Transportation hadn't properly examined the environmental impact of opening the border to Mexico's commercial trucking industry.
