SpeedTrack Resolves Patent Suit With More Parties

Law360 (July 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has signed off on a request by data management company SpeedTrack Inc. to toss claims against two defendants in its patent suit over methods for accessing information from a data storage system.

Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton granted the dismissal of all claims and counterclaims between SpeedTrack and defendants Magellan Navigation Inc. and Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. with prejudice on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
