Supreme Court Shuts Door On State Farm Medical Info Suit

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 5:35 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused on Monday to take up a petition by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. to revisit a West Virginia court's order preventing an insurer from retaining private medical records used against it in a personal injury lawsuit.
