CFPB Seeks Public Input On Streamlining Finance Laws

Law360, New York (November 30, 2011, 7:30 PM EST) -- The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Tuesday asked the public for suggestions on how it should streamline consumer protection regulations governing credit cards, ATM fee disclosures and other areas as it begins the herculean task of simplifying the protections already in place.
