Yamaha Dodges Ariz. Rhino Vehicle Liability Claims

Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 9:01 PM EST) -- An Arizona judge ruled that an Arizona man’s claims against Yamaha Motor Corp. exceeded the two-year statute of limitations when he sued the company nearly six years after injuring himself on its Yamaha Rhino 660 utility task vehicle, attorneys for Yamaha said Tuesday.
