Federal Circuit Rules For French Atomic Agency In LCD Patent Suit

Law360, New York (January 24, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has thrown out a Delaware federal court’s determination that the French Atomic Energy Agency did not have the right to sue a Taiwanese electronics maker in Delaware, ruling that the district court imposed too high a burden of proof on the plaintiff.
