AAI Presses FTC To Block Express Scripts' Buy Of Rival

Law360, New York (November 30, 2011, 7:47 PM EST) -- An antitrust policy group urged the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Wednesday to stand in the way of pharmacy benefit manager Express Scripts Inc.'s proposed $29 billion acquisition of rival Medco Health Solutions Inc., arguing that the deal would ultimately lead to higher prices for consumers.
