Kolon Wants Judge Booted From DuPont Antitrust Case

Law360, San Diego (November 30, 2011, 10:49 PM EST) -- A month after being sanctioned for failing to produce documents, Kolon Industries Inc. argued Wednesday that a Virginia federal judge shouldn't preside over its antitrust case against DuPont Co. because he was an attorney for McGuireWoods LLP when it represented DuPont in patent litigation now subject to a discovery dispute.
