Law360, New York (December 5, 2011, 6:17 PM EST) -- A White House task force charged with finding ways to restore the Gulf of Mexico's ecosystems after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010 recommended Monday that Clean Water Act fines for the disaster go toward restoration.
