Cameras In High Court Not Up To Congress: Judge, Attys

Law360, New York (December 6, 2011, 3:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court should not be forced to televise oral arguments, attorneys and a Third Circuit judge opposing a new bill aimed at putting cameras in the high court told the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday.
