EU Official Presses US To Buck Up Data Protection

Law360, New York (December 6, 2011, 5:54 PM EST) -- A top European Union official on Tuesday criticized the U.S. over its data protection policies, saying that while EU officials "are doing [their] job,” the U.S.' envisioned voluntary guidelines may impair the flow of data across the Atlantic.
