SEC Accuses DC Atty Of Prime Bank Fraud Scheme

Law360, New York (December 6, 2011, 4:52 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed suit Monday against two people, including a Washington lawyer, in connection with a prime bank scheme in which they allegedly stole investor funds to pay for cars and a trip to the Bahamas.
