In Blow To Barr Pharma, Appeals Court Affirms Wyeth Victory In Trade-Secrets Case

Law360 (January 25, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has upheld a lower court’s determination that Natural Biologics misappropriated trade secrets from drug maker Wyeth for a hormone replacement treatment, dealing a blow to generic maker Barr Pharma’s attempts to make a generic version of the drug Premarin.
