New Zealand Fishing Co. Indicted Over Pollution Claims

Law360, New York (December 6, 2011, 10:42 PM EST) -- New Zealand fishing company Sanford Ltd. was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury on seven counts of pollution, conspiracy and obstruction of justice, and could be forced to forfeit $24 million, the U.S. Department of Justice announced.
