Judge Keeps Ford Cruise Control Switch Case Idling

Law360, New York (July 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A multidistrict case against Ford Motor Co., alleging that the company knowingly installed a faulty part in its vehicles that eventually forced it to recall millions of cars, trucks and SUVs, has stalled while the district judge ponders whether the court has jurisdiction over the plaintiffs’ claims.
