FWS Clarifies ESA Rule To Protect Species' Entire Ranges

Law360, New York (December 9, 2011, 8:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on Thursday proposed a rule clarifying that the Endangered Species Act will protect a species throughout its entire range if its survival is being threatened by danger to a significant portion of its range.
