Judge Allows Aredia Plaintiffs To Alter Complaint

Law360, New York (July 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The federal judge presiding over the multidistrict litigation involving bone cancer drugs Aredia and Zometa has given the plaintiffs his blessing to amend their complaint once again. The charge that the medications lead to the painful deterioration of the jawbone, however, remains central to the case.
