Ex-Ind. Utility Chief Indicted Over Duke Energy Cases

Law360, New York (December 12, 2011, 10:10 PM EST) -- Former Chairman of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission David Lott Hardy was indicted by a grand jury on Monday for his alleged role in the ethical misdeeds of the commission's former counsel in cases involving Duke Energy Corp.

According to Marion County prosecutor Terry Curry, Hardy was indicted on three felony counts of official misconduct.
