National Fire Gets Assurance Coverage Denial Suit Tossed

Law360, Chicago (December 13, 2011, 6:05 PM EST) -- A Nevada federal judge on Tuesday tossed Assurance Co. of America's suit accusing National Fire & Marine Insurance Co. of wrongfully denying coverage in 116 construction defect actions, finding the complaint too lacking in factual allegations to stand.
