Epson Photo Viewers Infringe Media Player Patent: Suit

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 2:19 PM EST) -- Hunts Point Ventures Inc. on Tuesday sued Epson America Inc. in Wisconsin federal court, alleging the printing and imaging equipment giant infringed a patent covering portable multimedia player technology.

Washington-based Hunts Point claims that Epson has manufactured, imported, marketed and sold infringing portable viewers used to store and display photos and videos, which are generally used by professional photographers.
