Enviros, Utility Battle Over $3B Plant In Miss. High Court

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 6:39 PM EST) -- The Mississippi Supreme Court on Wednesday heard oral arguments over the state Public Service Commission's controversial decision to approve a $2.9 billion coal-fired power plant in Kemper County, which the Sierra Club claims was done arbitrarily and without sufficient evidence.
