Wells Fargo Dodges Sanctions In Pollution Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 1:15 PM EST) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Wednesday refused to sanction a Wells Fargo & Co. unit for failing to turn over documents Illinois Union Insurance Co. says it needs to defend itself from a coverage suit brought by an NRG Energy Inc. subsidiary over Clean Air Act liability.
