UK Watchdog Seeks To Amp Up Bus Market Competition

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 11:18 PM EST) -- Many operators in the U.K.’s local bus market face little or no competition, often leading passengers to deal with less-frequent service and higher fares despite years of deregulation, the U.K.’s competition watchdog said Tuesday in a report recommending measures to increase competition.
