Cessna Sued For Negligence Over 2008 Runway Crash

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 8:35 PM EST) -- WM Aviation LLC and Tricor International Corp. launched a negligence and antitrust suit against Cessna Aircraft Co. on Monday in connection with a 2008 runway plane crash, weeks after the aviation charter firms settled a dispute with their insurers over coverage for the crash.
