Bingham Banks Over $1M In Sea Containers Case

Law360, New York (July 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The fee auditor appointed to Sea Containers Ltd.’s Chapter 11 proceedings on Friday approved hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees for the company’s restructuring advisor PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC and over $1 million in fees for Bingham McCutchen LLP, counsel to the unsecured creditors committee.

In reports filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, fee auditor Warren H. Smith & Associates PC offered only a few objections to the fee and expense requests submitted by PwC and Bingham for January through March 2007....
