Sealing The Deal: Hogan Aids Paetec In Windstream Merger

Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 8:32 PM EST) -- As broadband network services provider Paetec Holding Corp. edged closer to a $2.3 billion merger with Windstream Corp. in late July, Paetec's board worked to lock up the “bird in the hand” offer from Windstream while leaving the door open for a potential “bird in the bush,” according to Hogan Lovells attorneys who represented Paetec in the deal.
