EPA Loses Battle Over ND Power Plant Scrubber

Law360, Washington (December 21, 2011, 6:01 PM EST) -- The federal government on Wednesday lost its challenge to the type of emission reduction technologies used in boilers at a North Dakota power plant, which it claimed were inferior to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's preferred technologies.
