Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 8:07 PM EST) -- A South Carolina state judge on Tuesday refused to toss AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP's case alleging the South Carolina attorney general's suit over the anti-psychotic drug Seroquel is an orchestrated plan to collect unconstitutional contingency fees for his office and three private law firms.
