Fed. Circ. Kills Cooling Tech IP Suit Against Sony, Lenovo

Law360, New York (December 22, 2011, 5:30 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday refused to revive patent-holding company ICHL LLC's suit accusing Sony Electronics Inc. and Lenovo Inc. of infringing its patent for an electronics cooling component, finding the electronics giants had not violated ICHL's rights.
