Nicaragua Accuses Costa Rica Of River Damage

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 2:36 PM EST) -- Nicaragua sued Costa Rica in the U.N.'s top court Thursday in an attempt to halt construction of a major road along the border that it claims could seriously harm the San Juan River and damage soil already devastated by deforestation.
