Capitol Hill Tunnel Workers Settle Whistleblower Case

Law360 (July 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ten U.S. Capitol Tunnel Shop employees have reached a settlement with their employer, the Architect of the Capitol, in a whistleblower retaliation case, attorneys for the workers said Monday.

The out-of-court settlement resolves a complaint the men filed with the Congressional Office of Compliance in October 2006.
