Strengthening EIE Regulation In China

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 2:08 PM EST) -- On Dec. 8, 2011, the General Office of China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued the Circular on Promoting the Standardized Development of Equity Investment Enterprises (New Circular). The New Circular represents the first effort by a national agency in the People's Republic of China to regulate in a comprehensive way Equity Investment Enterprises (EIEs).
